4. We publish reunion notices on the Internet.

5. We publish notices in newspapers nationwide.

6. We contact hotels and tour companies.

7. We help you create an interesting itinerary for your reunion.

8. We assist with guest speakers and entertainment.

9. We have you initial all contracts indicating that you have seen them and are in agreement, then we sign all contracts and accept all liability.

10. We pay all required hotel deposits.

11. We create registration packages with name tags, meal and tour tickets and itineraries.

12. We provide sources for reunion ball caps and memorabilia.

13. We man your registration desk at the reunion.

14. We liaison with hotel staff and tour company personnel.

15. We handle any problems that may come up, allowing the Reunion Chairman to enjoy the reunion with the rest of the members.

16. Following the reunion, we provide a full accounting of all money received, along with an itemized listing of expenses. Overages are then returned to the Reunion Chairman.
