Contracts and Financial Documents, 2007 Reunion


This status page will detail our progress as we work towards your next reunion. We will attempt to keep it up to date and keep you, the group chairman informed at all times. You are welcome to share these details with your members if you like.

August 26, 2006:  The USS William V. Pratt Association held their annual business meeting at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Saint Louis. At that meeting, Mr. Hall was selected to continue as chairman of the Association. Following presentations by Mr. Hall and representatives from Military Reunions to Remember, the group elected to retain the services of MRTR for their next reunion. The group decided to hold their 2007 National Reunion in Concord, CA. MRTR will begin work on a Concord, CA reunion tentatively planned for August, 2007.

August 30, 2006:  MRTR sent an RFP to the Holiday Inn, Concord. Contract negotiations have been completed and are pending signature. We are waiting for approval from group chairman.

(Pending) Do not sign the hotel contract. Review it for accuracy and then initial each page on the bottom left to indicate your approval. This contract will be signed by Military Reunions to Remember.

Review the list of contract bullets. If there is anything you would like for us to add, please advise me. This documents is for your records.

Review the contract with the tour company for accuracy. Initial each page on the bottom left, do not sign. Return to us for final signature.

The MRTR Contract is an agreement between the chairman and Military Reunions to Remember. It's purpose is to allow us to act on behalf of the association and represent them in the contract negotiations. Sign this document on the bottom of the second page and return it to us along with the hotel contract. At that time a formal agreement will exist between your group and Military Reunions to Remember. We will then start the final preparations in order to ensure that you and your members have a Military Reunion to Remember.
